Background:
As a high-level Leadership and Strategy Consultant, Paul Savage is deeply passionate about helping organizations thrive and achieve the vision of their founders. His efforts have borne fruit in a variety of organizations such as Johnson + Johnson, General Electric, Volvo, Emerson Process, and Colliers International.
Paul's greatest joy and satisfaction come from watching others reach their goals. He is currently authoring a book on keeping employees motivated and engaged.
As a father of 5, Paul is also strongly committed to helping the rising generation understand the principles of freedom that made this country great. That is the main reason he is volunteering his time and resources to help the John Adams Academies become a vibrant, thriving organization.
Education:
Paul earned a Master's degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. He also holds a degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
